"The Class with Class"


About us

 

East Depot High School held commencement exercises for its last graduating class on Wedenesday, June 4, 1969 at 8:00 p.m. in the East Depot High School Gymnasium. Since that time, the members of the EDHS Class of 1969 have enjoyed a unique bond of friendship which has flourished and sutained them throughout the years since their graduation. They have remained close and united in purpose through shared activities, including monthly class meetings, numerous group trips, and annual pinics and Thanksgiving and Christmas events.

The EDHS Class of 1969 participates annually in the Zeta Phi Beta Martin Luther King Parade and established the East Depot Hope Scholar Tutorial Program for the youth of the city of LaGrange. 

The East Depot High School Class of 1969 epitomizes those qualities of excellence forever emphasized by East Depot High School, and their many accomplishments and contributions to their community have been worth of recognization from community leaders and elected officials including the Georgia General Assembly through a resolution on March 30, 2009.
